SHOPPING ONLINE

In order to shop online at SANDSTUDIO.CH the client does not need to be registered. It is possible to proceed to checkout as a guest.

The cart is always available in all pages of the website. Once the articles have been added to the cart the client must proceed with CHECKOUT and fill in all sections from 1 to 5:

In the last step the client will be able to review in full the order including shipping costs. As soon as the order is completed our offices will automatically receive the order request and will take care as fast as possible in order to ship it to the delivery address indicated by the client.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, Paypal.

DELIVERY

Upon delivery of every order, clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.

In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact customer care at info@sandstudio.ch.

If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.

Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be sent to info@sandstudio.ch within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to origin at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from sandstudio specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status as well as a copy of the receipt. Another copy will be enclosed in the package.

SHIPPING RATES

For some shipments could be charged with duties and taxes according to the final destination country regulations.

These fees are calculated differently according to each destination depending on the value and type of product.

These fees are to be paid by the final customer, the recipient of the package. Content will not be able to pay for these expenses under any circumstances.

Most of our products are print and fulfill on demand in 2/3 business days once you place an order.

During Christmas season, sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. Orders completed the day before or during holidays (for orders outside the European and USA territories) may also have delays. Sand Studio SNC cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Sand Studio SNC.
